    Here is the analysis on the selection:

    The perceived pick of preference for the Green Bay Packers in the first round is for a safety. Though Ha Ha Clinton-Dix and Jimmie Ward are both available at this point, I am going with Fuller, who is the most ready of all cornerbacks in this draft. Though the Packers are deep at the position, this move could help foster the move of Micah Hyde to safety. And with Tramon Williams in the final year of his contract, it gives the Packers future options at the position.
