The rumors are flowing everywhere at this moment with the NFL Draft kicking off tomorrow. The latest rumor has the Jacksonville Jaguars selecting Johnny Manziel with the 3rd overall selection. His name has been creeping up a lot with the first few picks in the draft. The St. Louis Rams have been mentioned as a possibility with the 2nd overall selection and the Cleveland Browns have been mentioned with the 4th overall selection.
