Now (as promised) I am going to create multiple team names out of this here lineup I had last fantasy football season (pretty good lineup, eh?).
As we take a look at this here lineup I see possible team names with every single one of these players, however I’m giving you the best names right here.
Possible team names
- Manning Being Manning
Play off the hilarious line “Manny Being Manny,” which was featured in a “This is Sportscenter” commercial. - Ed, Ed and Eddie Lacy
Play off the cartoon show “Ed, Ed and Eddy,” one of my favorite childhood shows. - The Joique Tellers
Not sure if you can tell the pun, but I took Joique Bell’s name and made a pun in the place of “Joke” in “Joke Tellers” I put Joique. Get it? - The A.J. Green Lanterns
Based off of the Green Lantern movie, using A.J. Green’s last name. - Zac Stacy’s Mom
After the popular song from the 2000s, “Stacy’s Mom.” I mean she’s got it going on, what else can I say? - The Wright Brothers
Using Kendall Wright’s last name, I made a pun off the nickname of famous plane inventors Wilbur and Orville Wright. - The Wright Stuff
This can either be off a phrase or a host of movies. I once again used Kendall Wright’s punny last name. - The Cooper Troopers
For those unfamiliar with Nintendo or the Mario game series, there is a character named Cooper Trooper who is a turtle with a green shell and yellow body. I took Rylie Cooper’s last name and combined the two. - The Edelmen
Julian Edelman is just one man, but what if he had multiple clones? #TheEdelmen. - Hartline Pro
For those not familiar with Call of Duty, “Heartline Pro” is a perk on the game. As well, I took away from Brian Hartline’s name and made it a
pun with Call of Duty.
