Cleveland Browns QB Johnny Manziel is getting more comfortable on the field and in the playbook getting prepped for his first game action in the NFL. His work in his first preseason game will be with the 2nd squad though and he will not get any reps with the first team.

Manziel will have to sit back and watch Brian Hoyer get the first team reps. The first team barely will be on the field in this first game anyway. Manziel could see a good amount of action in preseason game 1 and should get the opportunity to impress the fans and the coaching staff.
It is setting up to be a nice situation for him. He just won’t have the talent on the field with him. Miles Austin will be working with Brian Hoyer, while Manziel will be working with the 2nd and 3rd team guys like Nate Burleson and Travis Benjamin.
Can’t wait to see the guys on the field. Finally we get to see some football and all the media will get to see their poster boy Johnny Manziel running around with the football.
