The Oakland Raiders are practicing in Oxnard with the Dallas Cowboys. The Cowboys usually hold their training camp practices out in Southern California and this time around they brought the Raiders to hold joint practices against.
The fans have been invited to the practices and there are a number of big names that made their way out from Los Angeles to view the festivities:

There still are a number of Raiders fans in the Los Angeles area and they were making sure to make their voices heard:
#Raiders fans were chanting, "Bring them back! Bring them back! Bring them back!" Before booing the #Cowboys again

The Raiders have been mentioned as a possible team to head toward Los Angeles. They still have a large fan base in the city and would be welcomed by all of them to return to the city.
The Raiders have a number of locations that they are looking at as possible destinations, but they ultimately want to stay in Oakland in a new stadium. That would be the ideal situation, but gaining ground for a new stadium in Oakland has been tough.
