The Cincinnati Bengals just added another piece to their nasty defense with the signing of big DT Kevin Vickerson. Vickerson didn’t make the cut with the Denver Broncos and was released a couple of days ago. He also had some interest from the San Diego Chargers, but it looks like he will be signing with the Bengals based on his Instagram account.

Vickerson was one of the best defensive players for the Broncos last season, but he struggled with some injuries and had to sit the sideline for some time. The Broncos depth at the position allowed them to go in a different direction this year. They didn’t want to rely on Vickerson and his injury concerns and moved on.
Their loss is a big gain for the Bengals. Vickerson should see a lot of action in the trenches with the Bengals and will have some very good players surrounding him on the field. Very nice move by the Bengals.
