Number 25: St. Louis Rams

Before Sam Bradford re-injured his knee, the Rams could easily have found themselves fighting for a postseason birth. Unfortunately, their chances at making the postseason are most likely over. Still, despite the injury, the Rams will remain a tough out for most teams.

Number 26: Jacksonville Jaguars

Blake Bortles has impressed all preseason; however, he is not the man under center week one in Philadelphia. Instead, Chad Henne will be the one leading the charge. They have accumulated some young talent in Jacksonville. I’m looking forward to seeing their progression this season.

Number 27: Buffalo Bills

It is without question; the Buffalo Bills have a very good defense. However, there is plenty of doubt about E.J. Manuel. The lack of confidence in Manuel is clear, with the desperate signing of Kyle Orton.

Number 28: Washington Redskins

The Redskins have some serious concerns; Robert Griffin is still struggling to figure out Jay Gruden’s offense. There is still plenty of offensive talent, but if RGIII can’t figure it out, you can kiss any hope of a playoff spot goodbye.

Number 29: Oakland Raiders

Derek Carr and the Raiders offense looked very good against the Seahawks this past week. Was it just a fluke, or a sign of things to come? Only time will tell.

Number 30: Tennessee Titans

Heading into this season the Tennessee Titans are one of the most unpredictable teams in the league. There isn’t a ton of depth on the defensive line and secondary, and questions about whether Jake Locker is a franchise quarterback are still in the air. Playing in a weak division could earn them a couple of extra wins.

Number 31: Houston Texans

The Texans quarterback situation is in disarray, and until that gets figured out, this team will struggle. With that being said, they still have some pieces on the roster. Watt and Clowney on the field together will be fun to watch.

Number 32: Cleveland Browns

As we all know, the quarterback competition in Cleveland has been very mediocre. Both Johnny Football and Brian Hoyer have struggled. On top of that, Josh Gordon’s suspension will have a negative impact. Right now, Cleveland’s offense is not looking very good.
