Let the season start out with this rivalry between the New Orleans Saints and the Atlanta Falcons deep down in Georgia. These two teams have nothing but hate for each other, in the most hateful type of way. It is an excellent way for these two teams to start things out. This game will bring the best or worst out of each player.

The Saints have dominated the Falcons with Sean Payton running the show. Rob Ryan will be looking to get his front 7 all over Matt Ryan and the Falcons. Cam Jordan and Junior Galette will be in the trenches looking to beat up Matt Ryan any chance that they get.

The Saints offense will be looking to air it out with Drew Brees. With Darren Sproles no longer on the roster, the team could rely on rookie Brandin Cooks to get his touches on offense. The offense still is scary.

The Falcons will be looking to get off to a solid start this season after having a piss poor 2013. Matt Ryan will have Julio Jones back on offense and should have better options to toss the ball down the field to. Will he be able to overcome that Saints front 7 though. They will be bringing the heat all day.

Prediction:

The Falcons have the home field advantage, but the Saints have dominated the series of late and I can’t expect anything different this time around. Drew Brees will be spreading the ball all around the field and the Saints defense will be too much for Matt Ryan to handle. Expect a bit of a beating. Sorry Falcons fans.
