2. Dallas Cowboys

Week one was a rough week for AFC East quarterbacks. Like Manning, Romo began the year on a sour note. In the Cowboys’ week one loss to the 49ers Romo passed for one touchdown and three interceptions. The Cowboys are looking to keep pace with the Philadelphia Eagles, but week two won’t be a cakewalk for them. The ‘Boys are facing a surprising Tennessee Titans squad in week two. The Titans took down the Chiefs in their season opener, putting together an impressively complete game — especially on defense. If the Cowboys want to win, they’ll need another big game out of running back DeMarco Murray (118 yards and one score in week one).

If the Cowboys can’t contain Frank Gore and the Niners’ rushing offense they will almost certainly fall to 0-2 on the year. Dallas needs to not get too far behind Philadelphia if they want to remain in contention for the division. Although the Eagles have a tough week two contest as well against the Colts. The NFC East is always a tough division and Dallas cannot afford to begin the year with consecutive losses. Look for Romo to have a stronger much better game against the Titans as Dez Bryant is poised to have a big game after a mediocre week one. He’s hungry and a big game from him is the Cowboys’ best chance to avoid an 0-2 start.
