4. Geno Smith: Week 12, 2013 vs Baltimore

Smith returned similar results against the other historically dominant defense that he faced in 2013, the Baltimore Ravens. In Baltimore his team only put up a field goal in a 19-3 defeat. His 22.3 rating is rather generous as he threw for only 127 yards going 9-22, with no touchdowns and two picks. The Jets’ signal caller couldn’t get it going on the ground either mustering up only six yards on the day. Ineffectiveness doesn’t quite capture his performance in this game.

4. Eli Manning: Week 3, 2013 vs Carolina

The Giants’ quarterback simply didn’t have it against the Panthers last year; the same can be said for the rest of the team. Manning’s squad was crushed 38-0 in Carolina and never had a hope of winning. He threw for 119 yards on 23 attempts with no touchdowns. He threw one interception and ended up with a 49.0 rating on the day. The Panthers have a great defense, but I don’t know if it’s that great. Manning did scamper for a 14 yard gain though, his longest of run of the season.
