Marshawn Lynch set to be 100-percent for Seattle Seahawks
Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch will hope that the blocking up front can continue to be solid, as the ‘Hawks have shown better in that department than they did last year, when Lynch had to impressively battle for every yard. One of the best and toughest backs in the NFL, Lynch is listed as probable for today’s Super Bowl rematch with the Denver Broncos after dealing with some back issues this week.

Those back issues are a non-issue at this point, as he only missed practice on Wednesday as something between a day of rest and a way for the Seahawks to help manage his back a bit. Per a source close to ESPN’s Ed Werder, Lynch’s back injury is such a minor issue at this point that he is expected to be 100% against the Broncos, “barring” an “unexpected flare-up”.
Lynch ran for 110 yards and two touchdowns in Week 1 against the Green Bay Packers in a classic “Beast Mode” of a performance that featured some nasty truck moves and broken tackles. “Skittles” then followed that up with 36 yards on just six carries against the San Diego Chargers, and you can bet that the Seahawks will give him more than just six carries against the Broncos today.
