The Oakland Raiders has been a sad mess for the last few years and the rest of the league recognizes the state of that team. They just fired their head coach BY A PHONE CALL and are not getting any respect from the other members in the league.

Here is what Miami Dolphins Phillip Wheeler just said about the Raiders team:
"“I love the Raiders and no disrespect to those guys but for the last few years they’ve not been having great success,” said linebacker Philip Wheeler, who played in Oakland in 2012, per The Palm Beach Post. “To me, I don’t feel like we need to be too happy about this.”"
Honestly, the Raiders have been trash. There is no sugar coating it. Even the fans will admit that their team has looked like booty, but they will also bring up their championships.
Wheeler may not mean any disrespect, but there definitely is no respect given to the Raiders squad.
