Marqise Lee Injury: Jacksonville Jaguars WR could practice on Wednesday
Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Marqise Lee was easily one of the most talented wide receivers in college football during his time with the USC Trojans, and he could have been a top-2o pick in the 2014 NFL Draft. However, Lee took a tumble outside of the first round on draft day before being scooped up by the Jaguars, as teams were too concerned about Lee’s injury history to take him in the first round.

Those concerns have already manifested themselves, as Lee is struggling to get healthy here in his rookie season. He has already missed three games (the past three) with a nagging hamstring injury, and he has only just started running.
The Florida Times Union’s Ryan O’Halloran reports that the talented wideout could resume practicing on Wednesday, which would put him on track to play this week against the rival Tennessee Titans. Lee’s practice status isn’t a guarantee, though, and it wouldn’t be wise to make any calls on his status until we actually see him hit the practice field more than once in one week.
When Lee has seen the field, the uber-athletic, explosive youngster has shown flashes, as he caught six passes for 62 yards in Week 1 against the Philadelphia Eagles.
