Swearing is bad… mmmkay. You are not allowed to say bad words on the football field. At first, he was fined for using a racial slur, but there was no evidence of him actually using a slur so they cut the fine in half.
If there is no evidence of him using the slur, then why are they still fining him this money?!? Why in the world would they take money out of his pocket book for using a swear word? Players swear all over the field all the time! You can barely watch a show on cable television without hearing swear words on it.
So what is the fine for?
He did say Back the F*** up to Bears defensive end Lamarr Houston, but that is all the arbitrator that reviewed the case could find. Is that worth a fine?
The NFL needs to calm down with the fines. I have heard worse at the water cooler in the office.
