Tennessee Titans quarterback Jake Locker continues to struggle with getting back onto the field, and it seems like the Titans are completely content with allowing him to wait until he is 100% before returning to the field. This week, the Titans have officially listed the former first-round pick as questionable, though he was able to get in a limited practice today. For most players, the practice session on Friday combined with the questionable listing would make them available to play, but that doesn’t appear to be the case for Locker, as Charlie Whitehurst continues to get more of the practice reps and looks poised to make yet another start.

Locker is fully expected to sit out yet another week, and he’s only appeared in four games this season due to a thumb injury. The Titans will take on the light Washington Redskins defense, which even Whitehurst can tear up, especially with Justin Hunter looking lively on deep passes (he added a couple of more big passes in last week’s 16-14 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars).
In his four appearances this year, Locker has completed just 58% of his passes for a mediocre 6.8 yards per attempt, and he has an even ratio of touchdowns to interceptions with four picks and four scores to his name.
