The Denver Broncos are traveling out to New England to face the Patriots. Tom Brady and Peyton Manning meet again. Brady holds the edge over Manning with a 10-5 record over him. The Broncos did win the most recent matchup though in the AFC Championship game. The best record in the AFC is on the line and possible home field advantage in the playoffs could be on the line in this matchup.

More from Denver Broncos

Tom Brady has been in a groove lately and has led his team to a 6-2 record so far. Last week against the Chicago Bears, he finished the game completing 30-of-35 passes for 354 yards abd 5 touchdowns. 3 of those touchdowns were thrown to Rob Gronkowski. The Broncos will need to find a way to slow down Gronk in the pass game.

The Broncos have a ton of talent on offense. Wes Welker likely won’t be a huge option for the Broncos in the game and that just speaks to the talent that is on the roster. Demayrius Thomas will be matched up on Darrelle Revis in the game and will be a fun matchup to watch throughout the game. Julius Thomas will be a play to watch on offense. There are no t many players that can slow him down.

This is the premiere matchup of the day and hopefully it lives up to the hype. It should be a battle right down to the end and the advantage has to go to the home team. Have to select the Patriots to pull this game off with the home field advantage, but it will be a high scoring game.
