10. AT&T Stadium – Arlington:

The Cowboys’ stadium broke the top 10 most iconic NFL stadiums list because of a few factors despite being so young. First, its size alone is something to marvel at, as is its video board — which is the largest of its kind in the world. The stadium can hold over 100,000 people with standing room and is known as being the most extravagant venue in sports.

It hosts more than just NFL action though, as it has hosted numerous high-profile college football games, international soccer games, an NBA all-star weekend, and a college basketball Final Four. Oh, and a Super Bowl. It truly is an iconic venue, despite lacking memorable events by the team that calls it home on Sundays.

9. Sports Authority Field at Mile High – Denver:

The Broncos’ stadium sits in the Sun Valley Neighborhood and it even has its own light rail stop connecting the stadium to downtown. Since the stadium opened it has sold out every single game. That alone is an impressive statistic. The fact that the stadium’s name carried on the ‘Mile High’ tradition from the Broncos’ previous stadium is another factor that makes it truly iconic.

The stadium has hosted professional soccer and lacrosse and has hosted some college football games as well. Not to mention it boasts one of the best views in the league (if not the best). From its upper deck the Rocky Mountains can be seen in the distance.
