The Green Bay Packers come off their bye to face the rival Chicago Bears on Sunday Night at Lambeau Field.  This is a tale of two teams headed in different directions, as Green Bay chases the Detroit Lions for the NFC North lead, while the Bears sit at the bottom of the division.

Chicago are losers of four of their last five games stretching back to their Week 4 matchup with the Packers at Soldier Field.  In Green Bay’s 38-17 victory, both Randall Cobb and Jordy Nelson eclipsed 100 yards receiving and each found the end zone twice.  Aaron Rodgers had one of his best performances of the season, completing 22 of 28 passes for 308 yards and 4 TD’s.

This is no time for Green Bay to relax, though, against a Bears team that has the talent and personnel to exploit the weaknesses in the Packers’ game.  Jay Cutler has quickly turned into the media’s punching bag in Chicago, but with weapons like Brandon MarshallAlshon JefferyMartellus Bennett and Matt Forte, the Bears offense will be a test for Green Bay’s inconsistent defense.

More from Green Bay Packers

With both teams beginning the second half of their season, this game will be a classic, hard-fought edition of Bears vs. Packers.  The Detroit Lions sit at 6-2 and just returned the best wide receiver on the planet to their lineup, so Green Bay has little room to stumble in the playoff race.

Across the field, Bears Head Coach Marc Trestman is feeling his seat getting warm.  Jay Cutler has drawn criticism from inside and outside the locker room, as well, so this will be a Chicago team that is hungry to silence their doubters and salvage their season.

Ahead, we take a look at the three keys to victory if the Green Bay Packers hope to emerge victorious against the Chicago Bears on Sunday Night Football.
