Should the Denver Broncos sign Richie Incognito? The team brought him in for a tryout on Tuesday to see if he would be a good fit on the team. We know he has talent, but will the team disregard the image that he will bring to the team?
He was suspended last year for the harassment he brought to the locker room. He is known as a bully around the league in his locker room and on the field. He would bring an attitude to the roster, but do the Broncos want to deal with that distraction?

The Broncos are all-in on the season and are looking to get to the Super Bowl again with this roster. They are looking to win in the Super Bowl this time around and will take any talent that will help them get there.
With the issues that the team has had on the offensive line, picking up a solid right guard would help out Peyton Manning. They have done a lot of shuffling up front and will take the talent.
The Broncos likely would disregard the poor character. That is not something of their concern at the moment. They just want the talent on the field to help them get to the big game. The Broncos still have not made the move to bring him in, but it wouldn’t surprise to see the Broncos go in on him.
Incognito has a reputation. Signing with the Broncos likely will not change that reputation and it likely will not change his personality. It will be up to the leadership in that locker room to control the situation.The Broncos should just stay away. The rest of the league has kept their hands off of him this season and the Broncos should do the same. He is too much of a headache to deal with.
