Both the Buffalo Bills and the Miami Dolphins are fighting for playoff spots. They both hold the same record and a win would be a huge step forward in their race to the playoffs. Both teams are coming off of some tough losses. The Bills beat the Dolphins earlier in the year and another win against them would give them the edge in the tie breakers for the playoffs.
The Dolphins struggled in the run game against the Lions. They only had 50 yards on the ground against the Lions. Lamar Miller only had 10 yards on the ground while dealing with a sore shoulder. Ryan Tannehill will have to deal with the tough Bills pass rush. The Bills were able to get to Alex Smith 6 times last weekend and will be looking to get after Tannehill.
Kyle Orton has been solid since he took over the starting gig with the Bills. He has thrown 10 touchdowns and three interceptions this year while leading the team to 3-2. Sammy Watkins had 8 catches for 117 yards in the last game that the two teams met.
Let the playoff atmosphere roll.
I expect both teams to get after each other hard in this matchup and expect the Bills to come out with the win.
