10. Buffalo Bills Fans

This was the year that Buffalo was supposed to turn things around. Second-year quarterback E.J. Manuel was supposed to take a giant leap forward with rookie Sammy Watkins to throw to. Wide receiver Watkins has worked out; he looks to be a huge pickup for the Bills with a team-leading five touchdowns. But Manuel fizzled out when the Bills fell to 2-2. Veteran quarterback Kyle Orton came in and led the Bills to a 3-1 four game stretch. This led Bills fans to be excited once more, but Buffalo has lost its last two games falling to a 5-5 record. The Bills aren’t completely out of the playoff race yet, but they could still use a drink.

9. Tampa Bay Buccaneers Fans

Not many people were betting on the Buccaneers to have a huge 2014, but the Bucs have definitely underachieved so far. With a record of 2-8 there’s not much to be excited about this year. Although, rookie wide receiver Mike Evans has been an absolute stud this year as he’s 10th in the NFL with 794 receiving yards and 11th in receiving touchdowns (7). Second year quarterback Mike Glennon has been so-so all season (10 TDs, 6 INTs), but he’s doing the best he can. Even for a bad team two wins is a disappointing haul this far into the season.
