6. Cincinnati at Pittsburgh (Week 16):

This division rivalry game could be a pseudo division championship game depending on how things play out over the next few weeks. The Steelers are half a game behind the Bengals, but Cincinnati is just 2-2 on the road this season. Pittsburgh holds a 4-1 home record so the advantage would seemingly go to the Steelers. Not to mention the Steelers have a superior running game with Le’Veon Bell and the conditions will probably suit a running style. The Bengals rely on the passing game between quarterback Andy Dalton and phenomenal receiver A.J. Green. Will the weather help decide this game? In late December it certainly might.

5. Indianapolis at Dallas (Week 16):

This is a rare inter-conference game that will mean so much to both teams. The Colts are leading their division by a game with a record of 6-4 and Dallas is tied for the lead in theirs with a record of 7-3. Both teams will definitely need the win, not only for division standings but for seeding in the playoffs, too. The Colts and the ‘Boys have both played well for much of the 2014 season but Dallas has been suspect at home (3-3). In fact, all three of its losses have come at home. Will Indianapolis be able to take advantage of this oddity? The Colts are 3-2 on the road and quarterback Andrew Luck‘s team is never out of a game until the final whistle.

4. Kansas City at Arizona (Week 14):

This is the Chiefs’ third game on this list and this game will be quite fun. It is also an inter-conference matchup with definite playoff implications. The Chiefs, at the moment, need the game more than the Cardinals, but we’ll see how new starting quarterback Drew Stanton does for Arizona over the next two weeks. If he stumbles then this game will be paramount for both squads. Either way it will be an incredibly entertaining game than most people probably didn’t circle on their calendar before the year began.
