This might seem too high in the rankings for the Dolphins, but this is a very good team. If it were not for last-minute comebacks by both the Packers and the Lions, this team would be 9-2 and on an eight game winning streak. Miami´s defense has been spectacular, led by an amazing season from Brett Grimes. Grimes is definitely a top five cornerback this year. The offense has also been good enough. Lamaar Miller has stepped up as the lead back and Tannenhill is actually playing quite well. I really look forward to them playing Denver this Sunday. With a solid performance, they can establish themselves, as one of the better teams in the conference.
. 6-4. Previous: . Miami Dolphins. 8. team. 59

team. 50.
Detroit played a very solid game vs. Arizona. Their defense was lights out after the first seven minutes of the game. The offense was disappointing to me. Joique Bell actually had a very good day against such a stiff run defense, but Matt Stafford was unable to put points on the board. The star wide out tandem was also held in check by a talented Cardinals secondary. Calvin Johnson has not seemed his overly dominant self yet, but he will find back to that for in no time. I do think they were a bit unlucky on Arizona´s final drive. Fitzgerald looked at least a half a yard short of the first down, but the Lions were out of timeouts and unable to challenge. Still the Lions have been quite lucky in past games, so it balances out. This team will definitely be a Super Bowl contender come playoff time, but they are facing possible back to back losses, as they travel to New England this Sunday.
. 7-3. Previous: . 6. team. 124.
The Chiefs are giving the Cardinals a run for their money , when it comes to be being the most underrated team in the NFL. They haven´t played poorly since week one! Sure, some games were not very convincing, but they won those. Their defense is playing great, and they still have yet to allow a rushing touchdown. Their offense has been the surprise, as they continue to put enough points on the board without a real passing attack. Alex Smith is an average quarterback, but he has no weapons around them. On Sunday they had a total of 108 passing yards and a wide receiver has yet to catch a touchdown this year. Still this team has good chance of making a deep playoff run if Jamaal Charles can continue to rush as well as he has. I would like to see them get Charles a bit more involved in the passing game. He is only on pace for under half of the total targets he saw last year.
. 7-3. Previous: . Kansas City Chiefs

123.
The Cowboys were able to get rested up on the bye week are and are now ready to make a late season push for a high seed in the NFC. They have a very good offense that really can control the clock and therefore the game, which takes a lot of pressure of their defense. If Murray can continue to run at the pace he is and Romo can stay healthy, they are a very legitimate contender.
. 7-3. Previous: . Dallas Cowboys. 5. team
