AFC West playoff picture: Broncos in control, but Chiefs are lurking

Fourth Place: Oakland Raiders (0-16) 

I honestly don´t think this team will win a game, but Derek Carr might give them a promising future.

Third Place: San Diego Chargers (8-8) 

I think the Chargers are going to win this Sunday vs. the Rams, but after that I do not see to many games going their way. I think they will manage to win one of the final five games and finish the season at .500, but no better. This team is simply not playing good football. They had a bye week to get healthy, work on issues and maybe get back to their early season shape, but instead they barely beat the Raiders. If Phillip Rivers can return to his MVP caliber play, they are a real threat, but it just isn´t looking good right now.

Second Place: Kansas City Chiefs (11-5)

I´m sorry Chiefs fans, but I simply can´t see the Chiefs beating the Broncos. They always play them well, but then fall just short. At least this time, you won´t have to watch Marcus Cooper get burned by Peyton Manning five times in a game, like he has been the previous matchups. Otherwise I think the Chiefs will probably lose one of the two tough non-divisional games ,and end up at 11-5 and probably be the Nr.5 seed in the AFC.

First Place: Denver Broncos (12-4)

 Some things just never change, as I think Peyton Manning will lead another one of his teams to a division championship. I do think they will lose one more game out of the remaining six, as they do have some tough matchups. It wouldn´t surprise me if that loss would come this week to the really good Dolphins. I do think they will beat the Chiefs once again and take the Division and most likely the Nr.2 seed in the AFC. This offense is just to good, and with their improved defense, this team must be considered as one of the biggest favorites when it comes to winning the Super Bowl.
