25. Brian Hoyer, Cleveland Browns (± 0)

Hoyer said it himself – he put up a subpar performance. He’s still credited with the game-winning drive, but he has to play better for the Browns to have a chance in the AFC North. They’re in the thick of the playoff race right now (every team in the North has seven wins), and Josh Gordon is back, so I think the Browns are in good shape right now. With that said, Hoyer must play better for Cleveland to have a chance – the team has a tough schedule, as it must play Buffalo (6-5), Indianapolis (7-4), Cincinnati (7-3-1), and Baltimore (7-4).

26. Ryan Mallett, Houston Texans (-4)

Houston might be regretting not trading back up in the first round and taking a quarterback. Mallett didn’t have a good performance against Cincinnati, and we now know he’s out for the year, adding injury to insult. Houston might be looking for a quarterback in the 2015 draft.

27. Zach Mettenberger, Tennessee Titans (-1)

Mettenberger took a beating behind Tennessee’s offensive line against Philadelphia. When he had time to throw, he was accurate for the most part, but had trouble getting rid of the ball on time on more than one occasion.

28. Josh McCown, Tampa Bay Buccaneers (-1)

Tampa Bay should be a favorite to land Robert Griffin. The team has essentially thrown in the towel with Mike Glennon, and the Josh McCown experiment seems to have failed.

29. Mark Sanchez, Philadelphia Eagles (-2)

Although the Eagles demolished Tennessee and Sanchez threw for over 300 yards again, the Eagles’ quarterback turned the ball over twice more on Sunday. Sanchez will have to play better for Philadelphia to close out the NFC East down the stretch.

30. Blake Bortles, Jacksonville Jaguars (± 0)

Bortles has been somewhat of a disappointment. He doesn’t have much around him on offense, and Jacksonville as a team is frankly not very good, but Bortles has been a turnover machine. He’s thrown at least one interception in every game he’s played in. Only once this year has he thrown for more touchdowns than interceptions in a game.

31. Michael Vick, New York Jets (-2)

The Jets should be considered the favorites to land either Marcus Mariota or Jameis Winston. The quarterback situation is absolutely dismal, and it showed in a 38-3 blowout loss to the Bills on Monday night. I was surprised that Rex Ryan wasn’t fired on Tuesday.

32. Robert Griffin III, Washington Redskins (± 0)

Is this the end of Griffin’s time in DC? This is the second straight year he’s been benched, and some reports have indicated that Washington intends to trade him. A trade seems somewhat far-reaching after the Redskins mortgaged the future to get Griffin, but there are tons of QB-needy teams (one being the Redskins themselves, but it seems as if the Robert Griffin experiment has failed). If the Redskins could get high draft pick for Griffin, I’d think some possible destinations include Buffalo, Houston, the New York Jets, Tampa Bay, or maybe even St. Louis.
