The win helps catapult them three spots in this weeks rankings.</p> <p>Not too many people expected this team to win many games this season. In what has been chalked up as a learning season, earning a huge win like this will go a long way. There is youth spread throughout the team, so defeating a two time Super Bowl winning quarterback in these circumstances will help them establish some much needed confidence heading into next season.</p> <p>They’ll likely have one of the first three picks again.
