New York Jets @ Minnesota Vikings

I wonder if the Jets even are trying to win? Last week they had the Dolphins beat and Nick Folk missed two kicks, which is extremely  rare for him. Even if they are, I think they will have a tough time against the Vikings. The Vikings are 3-3 over their  last six games, and all three losses were by one possession or less. I think it will be a low scoring game, between two bad offenses and two solid defenses. The Vikings will have to play good run defense, since the Jets seem determined to not let Geno Smith throw the ball more than 15 times a game, which is probably a good idea. I think the Vikings offense is better, and more balanced and that will be the difference maker in this game.

Winner: Minnesota Vikings

Baltimore Ravens @ Miami Dolphins

Both teams really need to win this game to stay alive in the playoff hunt. While many people seem to think the Ravens are a very underrated team, I think the Dolphins are actually very underrated. They have played extremely well ever since week three. They have lost three games in that span, and all by four or less against Denver, Detroit and Green Bay. Last week’s performance was not very impressive, but this is a very good team. The Ravens are coming off a heartbreaking loss against San Diego. Their defense had no answer to Phillip Rivers in the fourth quarter. I think this will be a great game that could go either way. I think the team that wins this game will get a wild card spot, especially because both teams have quite easy schedules to finish the season. In the end I will give the nod to the home team. Ryan Tannehill has been very good lately and I think he will lead them to a tight victory over the Ravens.
