Chicago Bears Should Be Ready To Fire Everyone

Should the Chicago Bears be ready to fire everyone?YUP!

The team is pathetic this season and it all starts with the head coach and trickles down to the rest of the team. Jay Cutler has been terrible this season. It must be that pocket full of dough that is weighing him down.

How did the Bears actually get 5 wins this season? The only surprising win on their schedule was against the San Francisco 49ers, but that team has looked mediocre lately. The other 4 wins came against some mediocre teams as well. The Bears beat the New York Jets, Atlanta Falcons, Minnesota Vikings and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The only team that they have beaten that has a shot at the playoffs at this point in the season is the Atlanta Falcons and they only have a shot at the playoffs because of the trash division that is called the NFC South.

Head Coach Mark Trestman has to be feeling that seat heating up on him with only a couple of games left. He has to be feeling it. The team can’t keep him around. He has to be let go at the end of the year, but who else should the team get rid of to clean this thing out? Should they let Phil Emery call the shots in the front office still? Should they allow him to pick the next head coach for the team? Should they allow him to make the calls on this roster?

Is Jay Cutler the quarterback that they want to run the franchise? Will he be placed on the trading block? The team did just give him a big payday.

Cutler is a question mark for next season. Whoever the team has calling the plays will need to bring in some players that can create some time up front on the offensive line. Defense needs to be a priority.

The team should bring in a new coaching staff. The team should bring in a new GM. The team should bring in a new QB. Just hit the reset button and see what comes out of it.
