53. If the draft does turn out this way, and Jameis Winston drops to 13, it might be tough for the Browns to pass, but it could be worth it for a player like White. The Browns traded away the chance to draft Sammy Watkins last year, and they found surprising success with Miles Austin and Andrew Hawkins with undrafted rookie Taylor Gabriel stepping up to make plays as they patiently awaited Josh Gordon’s return. The need at receiver isn’t dire, but White is a talented route runner who would compliment Gordon and Hawkins and give the Browns one of the more formidable receiving groups in the league, regardless of who’s throwing the ball.. WR. West Virginia. Kevin White. 13. player

42. This may seem like a reach at this point, but I’m betting on Strong helping himself in the pre-draft process. His coaches have praised him for his work ethic and his football IQ, which is generally something 49ers GM Trent Baalke looks for in his players, and at 6’3, 215lbs he’ll give Colin Kaepernick the big target and red zone threat he sorely missed in 2014 with Vernon Davis all but removed from the game plan as a pass catcher. The 49ers have solidified their backfield, offensive line, and defense. A quick, strong handed receiver who can get downfield in a hurry, like Strong, should put the 49ers right back in hunt for the NFC West title and beyond in 2015. . WR. Arizona State. Jaelen Strong. 14. player

10. If Winston does fall out of the top 5 and the Rams and Browns stay put as they have in this mock, then Winston falls into the waiting arms of Bill O’Brien and the Texans. Mallett and Fitzpatrick had their moments, but Winston has a shot at realizing the potential he’s shown at Florida State under the tutelage of O’Brien, and with Andre Johnson willing to take a paycut to stay alongside the emerging DeAndre Hopkins, winston could make an immediate impact in Houston and become a consistent threat to the Colts in the AFC South. If not Winston the Texans could still go QB with Baylor’s Bryce Petty. There’s also plenty of pass rushers, and offensive lineman to bolster the roster and Florida State CB P.J. Williams is interesting.. QB. Florida State. Jameis Winston. 15. player

53. He’s being slid back into the second round by some after he was moved from Left to Right Tackle, but I still like him as a mid first rounder if the Browns want to bolster their line. It’s possible this pick goes to defense, they could use help at inside linebacker given Karlos Dansby’s age, but I like the Browns to take a page out of the 49ers team building playbook and continue to use high draft picks building an elite line. Ogbuehi’s move back to the right side shouldn’t concern the Browns as that’s where they’d likely be starting him, if not pushing him inside to guard (where he played for two years) to keep Mitchell Schwartz at RT if they so choose. The Browns already have an elite left side of their line, building up the right side will open up the run game for Crowell and West and make life easier on the QB.. OT. Texas A&M. Cedric Ogbuehi. 16. player
