4. Chicago Bears

Chicago is not exactly an attractive destination. There are tons of holes on defense, in the front seven and in the secondary; on offense, the offensive line has major issues as well. With that said, the team does have some great talent on offense that a new coach can work with: stud receivers in Brandon Marshall and Alshon Jeffrey, and a star running back in Matt Forte. The quarterback issue needs to be solved — that, in addition to problems on defense, make Chicago a less popular destination than San Francisco and Atlanta. The Jay Cutler dilemma must be solved, which may be a hassle for a new coach.

The Bears are in borderline rebuilding mode, and they will essentially be starting from scratch if Cutler is replaced. Chicago does have a high draft pick (7th overall, their highest since 2005) which they can trade down and get more picks to fill some glaring holes on defense or on the offensive line, or they can trade up a few spots (or, if they get lucky, stay at 7th) and take safety Landon Collins. Jeffrey, Marshall, and Forte make Chicago look like an attractive location, but in reality, the team is close to being in rebuilding mode and will be a tougher task than the openings in San Francisco and Atlanta.
