Oregon. Marcus Mariota. 1. player. 48.
Free agent signings, the selection of Mike Evans and an overhaul of the coaching staff led the Tampa Bay Buccaneers into last season with very high expectations. That failed to meet expectations, and as a result, they now have the first pick in this year’s draft.

With that being said, there are multiple positions that Tampa needs to fill. However, the most important one is the quarterback position. They have offensive weapons, while defensive minded coach Lovie Smith can maximize the defense.

Mike Glennon and Josh McCown are the two quarterbacks on the roster. Unfortunately, neither of these two options are going to help the Buccaneers win games in 2015. Drafting a quarterback first overall is always risky business. If things don’t work out, then there will be serious repercussions in the coaching staff. Still, it is important that they fill this position.

Marcus Mariota is a great fit with the other weapons that Tampa Bay currently has. Drafting him first overall will be a wise decision for Tampa Bay.
. Quarterback

2. player. 35.
Much like the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the Tennessee Titans could use an upgrade at the quarterback position. However, with the slight promise that Zach Mettenberger has shown, Tennessee will likely pass up and begin to rebuild their defense.

Selecting defensive end Randy Gregory would bring what is an already decent pass rush to the next-level. Gregory, who is consistently ranked one of the best players in college football, will put the Titans defensive front over the top.

At 6’6, 250 pounds, Gregory has the size commanded from a NFL defensive lineman. Along with his incredible size, Gregory is also a very potent pass rusher, who possesses excellent quickness. His high motor and work ethic stands also stands out.

Adding another pass rusher to get to a division that features Andrew Luck will be best for the Titans.
. Defensive End. Nebraska. Randy Gregory
