WRITERS NEEDED: PAID STAFF WRITER POSITIONS NOW OPEN FOR 2015

Our goal at NFL Spin Zone has always been to provide enough quality content to make ourselves a consistent daily resource for news and information for all of your NFL needs. From breaking news, opinion, analysis, lists, rankings and evergreen content, we’re here to provide all things football.

In order to do so, it requires building a strong team of writers and there are opportunities here at NFL Spin Zone to join our team to help us do so. We’re looking for several staff writers to make our coverage even more extensive.

YOUR EXPECTATIONS

We’re primarily looking for features writers to cover their favorite team.

These positions are PAID at a rate of $1.00 per 1000 page views. To qualify, you must write twice per week, a total of eight or more per month (and you must go over 10,000 page views for the month). In addition to the cash, a number of Fansided and NFL Spin Zone writers have gone on to full time roles at local newspapers or national publications. Others even work full time for the Fansided network. Fansided is a firm believer in creating opportunities for our own here, as every member of the network’s leadership has worked their way up from within.

Prior writing in an online platform is always beneficial, but certainly not required. We have a growing network of writers and editors across the network to learn from, network with, and help out along the way – making this a great place for an aspiring journalist, budding writer, or simply someone looking to expand on a hobby.
