59. <p>Heading into this offseason, it looked as if the Miami Dolphins we’re going to focus on improving their defense, which crumbled down the stretch last season.</p> <p>Plans have changed, however, as the team recently released both Brian Hartline and Brandon Gibson, leaving a big hole at the receiver position.</p> <p>Insert DeVante Parker.</p> <p>Along with crisp route running ability, Parker has the body to be a true number one receiver in the NFL. He would immediately step in and play a huge role on the offense, likely lining up outside with Mike Wallace, having Jarvis Landry continue to command the slot.</p> <p>Miami need’s a receiver, and with Amari Cooper, Kevin White and Jalen Strong off the board, Parker is Miami’s next best option.</p>.
