4. player. 28. <p>This seems to be one of the more obvious picks in the draft; however, I would not be surprised if I were wrong come draft day. The Oakland Raiders need skilled players on offense, and with the fourth pick in the draft, they have an excellent opportunity to fill one of their more pressing needs.</p> <p>Amari Cooper was a top receiver in college football last season. His 1,727 receiving yards and 16 touchdowns helped send the prospect to New York, where he earned recognition for the Hesiman Trophy.</p> <p>If Cooper is available at four – he most likely will – the Raiders must consider selecting him.
