They will bolster their depth chart by drafting offensive tackle T.J. Clemmings.</p> <p>He’s an incredible change-of-direction kind of athlete since he can push defenders any which way he wants to extend plays. He also excels in run blocking schemes by creating the necessary gaps to enable long rushing plays.</p> <p>The only downside to Clemmings is that he needs to work on is his patience in sticking to his assignments. He gets overwhelmed at times and can be emotional if he is the cause of plays breaking down. It’s just a few little things like that in which he can be easily coached on towards improvement.</p> <p>At 6’5″ and 309 lbs., he has the frame to be a Pro Bowl caliber kind of athlete.
