28.
The Oakland Raiders need to continue adding top talent to give quarterback Derek Carr more weapons to develop. While many project wide receiver Amari Cooper to be the first receiver drafted off the board, Kevin White will actually get his name called first.

White had a phenomenal season last year with 1,447 receiving yards for 10 touchdowns thanks to his speed and amazing abilities to make plays once the football is in his hands. I honestly believe he’ll actually be better than Amari Cooper once he makes the transition to the pros.

Since the Raiders are expected to also add more offensive talent during the free agency period, expect to see a nice turnaround by finally giving the Raiders a true No. 1 receiving threat. White will be in a glorious position to help put the Raiders on the map by finally bringing a much-needed presence on offense.

With a tremendous upside and the ability to be quite elusive against even the best defenders coming his way, White will be the next big household name right out the gates. He should have quite the pro career and who knows, he could be that one big athlete that the Raiders have been needing for years to turn the tides around in their favor.
. Wide Receiver. WVM.
