Previously I graded every defensive free agent the Indianapolis Colts have signed/released so now it’s time to take a look at the offense. You can find the defensive grades here.

The Colt’s front office added a few key players on offense with the intent to strengthen a unit that already was among the best in the league.

This Andrew Luck-led offense finished last season 3rd overall in total offense, with the best aerial attack but an average running game (15th in the NFL).

The quarterback is obviously the most important player in this offense but the Colts can’t ask him to carry the entire unit on his back. A good supporting cast is necessary for extended success.

The main needs to be addressed were:

  • Running back
  • Offensive line
  • Pass catcher(s)

Has general manager Ryan Grigson filled each need? Let’s find out! Who left Indy to find a new team? Who was re-signed? Who joined the team? What follows is a complete breakdown of everything the Colts have done so far during the offseason to improve the offensive side of the ball.
