4. Blake Bortles – Julius Thomas
Perhaps it’s a testament to the rest of the league. Without having played one snap together, the quarterback-tight end duo that resides in Jacksonville already finds its way number four on the list.

Placing them fourth means putting a lot of faith in Blake Bortles’ future progress as a quarterback. Last year’s 2,908 passing yards, 11-to-17 touchdown-interception ratio and 69.5 quarterback rating won’t help his case.
However, bringing in a young Julius Thomas will.
Thomas is without a doubt one of the top three players at his position in the league. Will many point to the fact he played with Peyton Manning the last two years? Of course. Will it be even more of an argument after he fails to put up the same kind of numbers in 2015? No question about it.
The reason their fourth though is due to the growth they’ll both enjoy with each other over the long haul. The fantastic personnel eye of David Caldwell will continue to put both players in a position to succeed for years to come.
