2. Tony Romo – Jason Witten
In the case of many teenage girls across the country, the use of BFF is drastically overused.
In the case of Tony Romo and Jason Witten, it cannot be referenced enough.
Because of the two moves involving J.Thomas and Graham, the Dallas Cowboys quarterback-tight end combo has now slid into the number-two spot on this list. While Graham and RussellWilson can no doubt challenge these guys for the second spot, their consistency over a long period of time is undisputed.
The end of the line is coming soon for Witten. He is now 32 years old and his agility will be absolutely challenged in the coming years.
Judging him off of last season though, which saw him haul in 64 catches for 703 yards and five touchdowns, he still gives Romo that reliable target.
It still seems to always be Witten who Romo looks to on the critical down. More than stats, they connect in the most pressure packed of situations (see the Wild Card Game against the Detroit Lions for proof).
