He didn’t have the most impressive stats in college, but his game is expected to translate very well to the next level. Cleveland could go quite a few different ways with this pick, but Parker seems to make the most sense if they want to improve their offense.</p> <p>Neither Johnny Manziel or Josh McCown is going to have any success with the way that their offense is currently constructed.
