East Carolina Pirates. Justin Hardy. 3. player. 53. It would be very intriguing to see the Cleveland Browns take a look at another wide receiver in the third round of the 2015 draft. After taking DeVante Parker in the first round, East Carolina’s Justin Hardy would make for a very interesting selection.
Hardy would make for a perfect third wide receiver in the Browns’ system, and is a very speedy option to compliment both Dwayne Bowe and Parker.

During his senior year with the Pirates last season, Hardy ended up catching 121 passes for 1,494 yards and 10 touchdowns. He is a playmaking receiver in the open field and would give whoever ends up starting at quarterback for the Browns a much better chance to succeed. Hardy isn’t going to become a superstar, but he is the type of receiver that can make plays when his team needs him.

Cleveland needs at least two more receivers that are capable of making an impact immediately this season. Hardy has the ability to do just that, and he would be a very nice fit within the Browns’ offense.
. WR
