For Miami, they are on the brink of possibly being able to compete with the New England Patriots. <p>I wrote possibly, but they still need to add parts in this long-term rebuild of their franchise.</p> <p>The Dolphins are gradually building their team, and with Trae Waynes in their defensive backfield, they will be able to compete at a higher level against Tom Brady and the Pats.</p> <p>Waynes at the NFL Combine ran a 4.31 40-yard dash, making him a top name in this draft. Imagine if he is actually drafted by the Dolphins and the impact he would make when facing the likes of Sammy Watkins of Buffalo twice a season? How much fun would that be to watch?</p> <p><a href=.
