Kevin Johnson. 22. player. 55. The Steelers are getting younger in their defense backfield as they are parting ways with some of their veterans at the position, and one player who could fill that need is Kevin Johnson.
At 6-0, 188 pounds, Johnson will add to what I believe is the No. 1 need of the Steelers in this draft.

He’s not the fastest cornerback with a 4.5 40-yard dash, but he did have a 41.5 inch vertical jump at the combine, plus at 6’0″, 188 pounds Johnson is known for his competitiveness, which is something the Steelers are known for in their history.

This past season at Wake Forest, Johnson had 44 tackles and one interception. Of those tackles, the cornerback even had 3.5 recorded for a loss. For his collegiate career, Johnson had seven interceptions and three forced fumbles.
. CB. Wake Forest
