Joe Flacco will be getting a new target to throw to this season, and with this selection the Ravens would be gaining a player who ran a 40-yard dash of 4.26 in his workout, so he’s well worth a first round selection for the Ravens. <p>Perriman besides being fast, can play the wide receiver position as well. This past season at Central Florida he had 50 receptions for 1,044 yards and nine TDs.</p> <p>With a player like Perriman, the Ravens would be able to give their offense an extra boost, and with his speed, it would be a much needed weapon to have while playing in a tough AFC North.</p>.
