DT. Arizona State Sun Devils. Marcus Hardison. 3. player. 123. Sticking with the defensive line support, the Dallas Cowboys could use another talented defensive tackle in the draft this offseason. There are quite a few options in the third round, but one that could be available is Arizona State’s Marcus Hardison.

Hardison finished the 2014 season with 53 total tackles, 10.0 sacks and three forced fumbles, and would make a nice duo with Nate Orchard if the Cowboys could get both of them.

At 6’5″ and 298 pounds, Hardison is going to be a load to handle up front. He is very athletic which allowed him to get to the quarterback throughout his collegiate career, and that should translate well into the NFL. Dallas needs to find a way to stack up their defensive line again, and Hardison might very well be the answer to their needs.

Improving the defensive line has to be a major priority for the Cowboys early on in the draft, and this move would do just that. Dallas has the offensive firepower to outscore quite a few teams, but they’ll need a bit more help from their defense in order to live up to their full potential. Adding a difference maker like Hardison would be a big step in that direction.
