Davis was dynamic in his final two seasons with the Gamecocks, and showed legitimate NFL potential. He isn’t the best running back int he draft nor does he look like a star in the making, but he would flourish behind the Cowboys’ dominating offensive line. There aren’t many running backs that couldn’t find success in Dallas with the line that they have put together.

Last season in his junior season, Davis carried the football 199 times for 982 yards and nine touchdowns. He also caught 32 passes for 368 yards and two touchdowns. During his sophomore season, Davis exploded for 1,183 yards and 11 touchdowns on 203 carries.

Dallas isn’t going to find a better option than Davis in the draft at this point, and he would be a major upgrade from <a href=. RB. South Carolina Gamecocks. Mike Davis. 4
