45. As mentioned before, one of the biggest needs for the Denver Broncos this offseason is to find a way to replace star tight end Julius Thomas. There aren’t a ton of options that are capable of making an impact in the NFL, but one sleeper is Florida State tight end Nick O’Leary. <p>O’Leary ended up catching 48 passes for 618 yards and six touchdowns in his senior season with the Seminoles last year.</p> <p>At 6’3″ and 247 pounds, he isn’t the most impressive tight end from a physical standpoint.
