Edge Rusher. Clemson. Vic Beasley. 3. player. 52.
We keep saying that with all of their young potential, the Jacksonville Jaguars are going to be a playoff team one day. With Blake Bortles having another offseason to improve and gel with the Jaguars, the focus in the first round in this draft has to be addressing the edge and their may not be a better player in this draft class to do that with than Vic Beasley. In terms athleticism, Beasley really is the best athlete at his position in this draft class. He isn’t the strongest or the biggest, but pound-for-pound, he’s extremely difficult to stop.

Relentless. That’s the one word I use to describe Beasley. His motor is non-stop and paired with long arms and his burst, it’s easy to see why many believe Beasley has the potential to be special. Even though Gus Bradley might be in a make-it-or-break-it season as the head coach with the Jags, one thing for sure is that he loves his defensive players and Beasley is a guy that Bradley is probably ecstatic about. Leonard Williams has been the hot pick here, but the Jags have solid interior defensive players in Sen’Derrick Marks and newly-acquired Jared Odrick. That said, getting Beasley would be absolutely huge.
