4. player. 28.
Even though I have Jameis Winston as the best player in this draft class, it seems that every professional expert has USC’s Leonard Williams as the best draft prospects. With uber athleticism and so many intriguing physical traits, it’s almost safe to say that Williams will be a freak in the NFL. He boasts broad shoulders and long arms, two traits that NFL coaching staffs absolutely love. He has problems against stronger and smaller offensive linemen, as he tends to stand up out of the stance. However, he’s a guy that can virtually line up at any spot on a defensive line and have success.

With an NFL weight room and an NFL conditioning program, Williams will likely beef up even more and add on perhaps 10 pounds of muscle. Pairing that extra muscle with his speed, Williams will be a menace in the trenches for years to come. So, why Oakland?

Last year, the Oakland Raiders had arguably the best draft in the league. Khalil Mack, Derek Carr, Justin Ellis, Gabe Jackson, T.J. Carrie, and Keith McGill were the main impactful rookies from this past season. General manager Reggie McKenzie, although ridiculed, realizes talent and after beefing up the exterior of the defensive line in 2014 with the selection of Mack, the Raiders will address the interior part of their defensive line this season with the selection of Williams.
.
