28. My two months of swinging between Amari Cooper and Kevin White like a pendulum has come to an end: I’m sticking with Cooper as my top receiver in the class. After a dominant season that saw Cooper haul in 124 passes for 1,727 yards and 16 touchdowns, I like him as a pro-ready receiver that isn’t getting enough love in draft chat. <p>While Cooper does not come with the 6’3″ prototypical frame for an outside weapon, his 6’1″, 211 pound body is more than enough for the pro game.
